Scarecrow Festival at Thanksgiving Point

Yesterday the kids wanted to do something fun so I took them over to the Scarecrow Festival at Thanksgiving Point. There were'nt really any scarecrows around but there were a lot of games and fun things for the kids to play on. I love October because there are so many fun things to do around Halloween time!

Us on the train.

Peyton had a blast on the blow up slides. Noah still has a hard time climbing up to the top.

Noah decided to ignore the rules of staying behind the line to toss the bean bags. He would just walk right up to the pumpkin and put it into the hole.

The boys were so excited to get their faces painted. Noah decided on a rainbow. (Yeah I know that's strange for a little boy. But hopefully he'll grow out of it when he gets a little older.)

Peyton wanted his whole face painted like a tiger. I think he was a little scared when the girl let him look in the mirror after she was finished. He had to lay down on the grass for 20 minutes after because he said his stomach hurt.

If you don't recognize him, this is Sean Bradley. He is sooooo tall. I think he was volunteering at the event, because he was picking up garbage off the ground and cleaning the snow cone machine. I thought it was pretty cool that he was volunteering, being that he's a retired baskteball millionaire.

These were the only ghosts and scarecrows we could find to take a picture with.

Last week Landon and his kids were visiting from Las Vegas and we went Gardner Village. The kids had so much fun playing with each other and loved seeing all the witches.
