Phil and I were lucky enough get tickets to go see Wicked at the Capitol Theatre last night. Zions Bank took some of their employees who were part of a special project at work and because Phil helped out a lot on the project he was given two tickets. We also got to attend a dinner prior to the show hosted by Scott Anderson who is the CEO of Zions Bank.

While we were waiting in the lobby to be seated, standing a foot away from us was L. Tom Perry. I tried to take a picture of him with my phone, but it turned out blurry. And to top it all off, right before the show started we saw President Monson sitting up in the balcony above us! I don't know what was more exciting for me, being at Wicked or being that close to an Apostle and our Prophet. We had a great time. Phil even enjoyed the show and he is not much of a theatre goer. We had a great night!

Which performance wins, LA or SLC?

Both had a great cast. But LA had a much bigger stage, which made the viewing experience better.
